BlueGate Partners, LLC, and its affiliates was retained on an exclusive basis by the owner to arrange the sale of the fee simple interest in Hobe Sound Polo Club which is located on the north side of Bridge Road, approximately one-half mile east of Interstate 95 (exit 96), west of Hobe Sound in Unincorporated Martin County, Florida (The “Property” or the “Site”). The Property is a planned 50-unit, 20-acre home lot equestrian community totaling approximately 1,757 acres. The Site is zoned Agricultural-1 (“A-1”) with the prevailing land use of Agricultural (“AG”) by Martin County. The AG designation is used for agricultural endeavors and other allowable uses including single-family home developments with a maximum density of one unit per 20 acres. The northernmost 74 acres allowed for a maximum density of up to two units per acre.
