BlueGate Partners, LLC was retained by Ironstate Development to raise $60 million in construction financing for for Harrison Station-300 Middlesex a to-be-developed mixed-use property, located 300 feet north of the Harrison Port Authority Trans Hudson (“PATH”) rapid transit station in Harrison, New Jersey. Consisting of 329 Class-A apartment units and 15,530 square feet of ground floor retail, the Property is the fourth structure built within the preeminent master planned community in the area known as Harrison Commons. Harrison Commons currently consists of a completed 1,440 space parking deck, a 138-room Element by Westin hotel (completed in 2013) and an existing 275-unit mixed-use apartment complex, developed by the Sponsors, known as Harrison Station – 300 Somerset.
