The property is in close proximity to a number of amenities in greater Palm Beach County including City Place, Clematis Street, the Downtown Waterfront, the Gardens Mall, Worth Avenue, and the future Palm Beach Outlets, an approximate $200 million renovation to the former Palm Beach Mall.
