BlueGate Partners, LLC was retained by Lehman Brothers Holding Inc. as the exclusive agent for the sale of Judgment Creditor’s interest in that certain Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in Miami-Dade County Circuit Court, Case No.: 08-005402 CA10, in favor of Judgment Creditor in the amount of $12,554,575, as same may be amended from time to time (the “Foreclosure Judgment”). The Foreclosure Judgment authorized the sale of the Urban River development parcel (the “Property” or the “Site”) in Miami, Florida in order to satisfy the Foreclosure Judgment. The Property is an approximately 4.4 acre or 193,524 square foot site located at 734 NW6th Avenue at the southwest corner of NW8th Street and NW6th Avenue in Miami, Miami-Dade County, Florida. The Property was acquired in December 2005 by Urban River Partners, LLC for $6.6 million. Following a default on the terms of the Note and the Mortgage that encumbered the Property, Judgment Creditor obtained the Foreclosure Judgment.
