10 BOND STREET

BlueGate Partners has been retained to raise a permanent loan for a 4,880 square foot fully-leased retail building located at 10 Bond in New York City (the “Property”). The Property has a combined 115 feet of frontage along Bond and Lafayette Streets.

BOGLIOLI has signed a 10-year lease at the Property to occupy 2,198 square feet. BOGLIOLI is an Italian upscale fashion designer which provides some of the finest men’s apparel, including everything from jackets and coats to suits and ties, in addition to a wide range of accessories. Established in the 1970s, BOGLIOLI is one of the most well respected brands in the industry, as its clothing is available at such high-end retailers as Sak’s Fifth Avenue and Barneys. In addition to their online sales, BOGLIOLI has several boutique locations worldwide, including in Milan, Venice and Seoul, South Korea.

AWAY has signed a 5-year lease at the Property to occupy the remaining 2,682 square feet. AWAY offers first class luggage at economy prizes that is beautifully and functionally minimal. The company believes in providing the perfect suitcase and aims to give the world access to better luggage. Developed as the result of hundreds of travel stories from friends and seatmates, it is meant to be designed to suit the way people actually travel.
