BlueGate Partners, LLC has been exclusively retained by Benchmark Real Estate Group to arrange for the sale of 55 3rd Avenue, a newly-renovated 54-unit luxury multifamily property located in the desirable East Village neighborhood of Manhattan (the “Property”).
