BlueGate Partners was retained to advise on the preliminary valuation of a 24 building multifamily portfolio located throughout Connecticut, Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Tennessee and Texas. Known as the Ansonia Portfolio, it consists of 5,626 apartment units with 21 of the 24 properties cross collateralized.
