BlueGate Partners, LLC and Beacon Hospitality Partners, LLC have been exclusively retained by Statue of Liberty Harbor Urban Renewal, LLC to source construction financing for the development of a 276-room full-service Marriott Hotel, located in the Liberty Harbor North neighborhood of Jersey City, New Jersey. The Hotel will consist of 276 guestrooms, two restaurants, two lounges (including a one-of-a-kind rooftop venue), 25,000 square feet of event space, a fitness center, a business center and a market pantry. The Hotel will operate subject to a franchise agreement with Marriott International, one of the most prestigious and sought after hotel brands in the world. Upon completion, the Hotel will be the newest full-service hotel in New Jersey and will offer guests significant monetary savings relative to comparable Manhattan hotels with similar access to all that New York City has to offer.
