BlueGate Partners was retained to advise on the preliminary valuation of an office building portfolio located throughout Midtown Manhattan. The portfolio included the General Motors Building, a Class A 50-story 2 million square foot building located on Fifth Avenue and 2 Grand Central Tower, a Class A 44-story tower with over 660 thousand square feet located on East 45th Street. The four building portfolio was valued at $800,000,000.
