BlueGate Partners, LLC has been exclusively retained by BNE Real Estate and Hornrock Properties to secure joint-venture equity for the development of One Harrison Avenue in Harrison, New Jersey. The development is scheduled to include 262 studio, one and two bedroom luxury apartments spread throughout five floors, above a one story parking garage that will be capable of holding 282 vehicles.
