BlueGate Partners has been retained on an exclusive basis by LCOR to arrange for a joint-venture equity partner in the ground-up development of Swedesford Square, a luxury multifamily community located in the desirable suburban Philadelphia enclave of Malvern, Pennsylvania (the “Project” or “Property”).
