The Agnes is a 233-unit luxury, mid-rise apartment community situated in the thriving West Side neighborhood of Jersey City, New Jersey. This masterfully designed and constructed Fields Grade property is currently nearing completion, and full stabilization is expected in April of 2022. The property is being completed in 2 phases and is part of the larger, 621-unit Water Street Redevelopment master plan.
