The Atwater is a luxury apartment community located in Bogota, Bergen County, New Jersey less than one-mile from the Essex Street NJ Transit train station, consisting of contemporary studio, one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and three-bedroom units across four buildings in a resort-like setting. The first 303 units leased up very rapidly beginning in November 2020, reaching 90% occupancy within 9 months on average, with impressive rent growth across the initial three buildings. The remaining 118 units (fourth building) is currently under construction, scheduled to be delivered in October 2022.
