BlueGate Partners was retained on an exclusive basis by SJP Properties to secure a joint venture equity partner for the development of Waterfront Corporate Center III, a to-be-constructed CORE trophy office building located in Hoboken, New Jersey. The property was scheduled to consist of 13 stories with over 507,000 total square feet of space, including 481,000 square feet of office and 26,000 square feet of retail in a Class A, waterfront building featuring excellent access to public transportation and breathtaking views of the Hudson River and the Manhattan skyline.
