BlueGate Partners, LLC, and its affiliates were retained on an exclusive basis by the owner to arrange the fee simple sale of the remaining interest in the West Bay Club, Estero, Lee County, Florida (the “Community”). The owners holdings consisted of two development pads totaling 14.4 acres which were approved for 328 high-rise condominium units; 9 single family residential lots, one condominium unit totaling 1,766 square feet (“sf”); the 18-hole West Bay Golf Club and the remaining equity and non-equity golf and social membership; the 7,250 sf Commercial Sales Center and all supporting infrastructure and amenities within the Community including the 2,466 sf West Bay Beach Club, the Tennis Center with eight Har-Tru courts and a tennis pro shop, a pool area, fitness facility, the 6,189 sf Bay House, a boat launching facility, a boat storage facility as well as all roads, easements, parks, preserves and nature areas (together the “Property”). The Property is situated at the western terminus of Williams Road, approximately one-mile west of Tamiami Trail in Estero, FL. The Property’s setting in the heart of Estero affords the residents of the Community close proximity to a number of major thoroughfares and transportation hubs, high end retail and dining locations, and numerous cultural and recreational destinations.
