BlueGate Partners, LLC, and its affiliates had been retained by the owner to arrange the sale of its fee simple interest in the Whitworth Farms Development Site (the “Property” or the “Site”) located on the north side of Atlantic Avenue between Starkey Road and the Lyons Road Extension west of Delray Beach in Unincorporated Palm Beach County, Florida. The Property is situated less than one-half mile west of Florida’s Turnpike (exit 81) and totals approximately 154.7 acres of land. The Property is approved by Palm Beach County for the development of 340 single-family residential units, a 10,000 sf clubhouse and supporting amenities and infrastructure.
