BlueGate Partners has been engaged on an exclusive basis by PB Ventures (the “Sponsor”) to secure joint-venture equity (or possibly preferred equity) for Phase I of Woodside Middletown, a to-be-developed, 240-unit multifamily community in Middletown, CT. The Site is 1 mile from Wesleyan University and 1.5 miles to the vibrant Main Street of downtown Middletown. Furthermore, it is proximate to the major employment centers of both Hartford and New Haven, the two largest cities in the state.

The Site is fully-approved for 414 multifamily apartments split into two phases: Phase I allows for the development of 240 units, and Phase II allows for the development of 174 units. Phase I of the Project will be constructed with a mixture of 12 separate 3-story and 4-story buildings including a mix of highly sought after one-, two- and three-bedroom townhome units, and will feature a clubhouse, fitness center, heated pool, technology package, and numerous other amenities.
