The Site is adjacent to the Hicksville LIRR train station, and is convenient to the Long Island Expressway, Northern and Southern State Parkways, and Jericho Turnpike.
The Project recently celebrated its ground-breaking and will be constructed as a four-story building featuring a mix of studio, 1-bedroom, 2-bedroom, and 3-bedroom units, with two levels of below-grade parking, 7,200+ SF of ground floor retail space, and 7,000+ SF of amenity space that will feature a fitness center, heated pool, resident lounge, co-working space, roof-deck, outdoor kitchens/grills, kids’ playroom, and three large courtyards with diverse landscaping.
